How the Score System Works
Each disease has specific symptoms assigned a score (1–3):
3 → Primary symptom (very indicative of the disease)
2 → Common symptom (frequently associated)
1 → Occasional symptom (may occur but not definitive)
When symptoms are selected, the program calculates a total score for each disease based on symptom matches.
The disease with the highest total score is considered the most probable diagnosis.
